What if I am arriving by cruise ship? And how far are you from the cruise terminals?
Perfect! 90% of our guests are cruise passengers.
You will take a short taxi ride to your activity’s meeting point. Taxis in Cozumel accommodate up to four passengers. If there are more than four in your group, you can take two taxis or request a van. Taxis are not expensive in Cozumel.
Time to Chankanaab Park: 10 mins
Time to Jeanie’s Beach Club: 10 mins
If your ship is delayed, don’t worry we will be aware of the ship’s schedule; just go directly to the meeting point upon arrival.
If your ship misses the port altogether, you will receive a full refund.
What if my cruise ship changes itinerary and does not stop in Cozumel?
From time to time, cruise ships change their itineraries usually to avoid bad weather and may not port in Cozumel. If this happens, you will receive a full refund or if the ship returns later in the voyage, we will make every effort to reschedule you.

Sometimes cruise ships are simply “late”. Again, we will make every effort to reschedule you the same day. If this is not possible, then you will receive a full refund.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Can I book when I get there?
We do not recommend making reservations after you have arrived in Cozumel. Here are a few reasons:
Limited availability. We only have a few slots each day and very often sell-out.
The best time slots will likely not be available
Do I need to pay in advance?
What happens after I make a reservation and payment?
You will immediately receive your tickets along with our contact information. We ask that you carefully read the information on your voucher:
Name of your group’s leader
Number of people in your party
Meeting/check point date, time & place
Tour/activity name
It’s important that you let us know of any inaccuracy on your ticket as soon as possible.
How do I take the ferry to Cozumel from the mainland (Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Riviera Maya, Tulum, etc)
Most hotels in Playa del Carmen are within walking distance of the ferry pier. If you are not already in Playa del Carmen, a taxi ride is the best way to get to the ferry pier in Playa del Carmen. Ask your concierge to arrange the taxi service.
In the mornings, ferries depart from Playa del Carmen every hour and during high season every half-hour. You should take the ferry at least one hour before your scheduled activity in downtown Cozumel and two hours before your scheduled activity inside Chankanaab Park.
What if it's raining?
What if I can't swim?
Do I really get two FREE drinks per person and 15% OFF Jeanie's food menu?
Do you offer group discounts for tours in Cozumel?
Can I bring my own underwater camera?
Do you take souvenir photos of me underwater?
What to bring?
